Koehler Electric played a key role in the completion of the new Ipsco Steel plant located in Montpelier, Iowa. The project had been faced with numerous delays. Koehler Electric was contracted by Mannesmann-Demag, the prime contractor for the project, to complete the electrical installations which had also fallen behind schedule. We supported commissioning in the following areas: Melt Shop Caster Rolling Mill Water Treatment Facilities Cooling Bed Cranes Various other areas As a result of our outstanding performance at the IPSCO Steel plant, we continue to provide electrical services to the plant.
