Koehler Electric designed and constructed the interior and exterior electrical system for this entire strip mall. Design of the exterior lighting of this facility was given special attention due to the mall's proximity to residential areas.

Koehler Electric developed a backlighting scheme which accentuated the building, yet allowed it to blend well with the residential neighborhood surroundings. The parking lot lighting was also a challenge. Koehler Electric created an atmosphere of 'soft lighting' while still providing a safe environment for customers."
